I’ve tried so many things. I even started boxing again. I’m not sure if it’s helping. I just don’t have a clear sense of reality anymore. I can’t see things the way I used to—trees, the sky, people… it all feels like a dream. Time keeps passing, days go on endlessly, and yet I still carry a little hope in my heart that I’ll get better.

It’s been two years since I moved to another country. I really miss my family, but I don’t think that’s the only reason I feel this way, because it’s been more than two years that I’ve been like this. I’ve tried a lot, talked to many people, just trying to wake myself up… but no matter how hard I tried, nothing ever worked.

Still, I hold on to the hope that one day I’ll feel better, be better, and be happy again.

@noboddddy134o

Boxing is a great way to look after mental health and to allow a physical release.

I'm sorry you are missing your family, its difficult when you don't have their direct support.

Id encourage you to continue doing daily consistent small things, that will allow you to start feeling more like yourself 💖😊
