Depression slump
I've finally come out of my depression slump from this summer, I had intense therapy and my therapist gave me great coping skills that I've been actively using and it helps me so much rn

Hey, do u mind sharing your coping skills? I don’t have a therapist…can’t afford one so I’d be cool if I could learn from someone atleast.
Yes! I use the spoon method, for not having energy to do anything. I have about 3spoons for any giving day that I can use up for motivation. I know I have to shower so that's one spoon, I know I have to do the dishes, that's my second spoon and I know I have to take out the trash, that's my 3rd spoon. I have 12 hours that I'm awake to complete that! You can use as many "spoons" as you want for a day! It sounds weird but it actually works for me when I'm feeling fatigued and don't want to get out of bed. Over time when you use this method it gets you up and doing things but because you want to finish up the "spoons" you've alloted yourself for the day. My therapist gave me this technique as one of my coping skills
