I feel so so stuck feel I do nothing right Do I even breath right?? My family well most of my family has turned against me. Sometimes I wonder why I'm even taking up space

I’m sorry you’re feeling that way. It’s unfortunate that sometimes our families can be a source of pain and difficulty. Even though they are supposed to be our support system. I hope you can still take one day at a time and be kind to yourself. Sending positive thoughts. <3💜
