Drowning
I feel so powerless against this.
I feel like my head is barely above water and I've been treading and I've been swimming as hard as I can but I'm not moving anywhere and my arms are tired and there's less splashing now and I'm just sinking. I don't know what to do.

I'm sorry to here your fighting to carry on, it's so sad.
When i was 6 years my dad took us to the lake.. He said he was going to teach me how to swim. When we got to the lake he simply threw me in the deep end and kept reminding me he would come save me if I didn't learn to swim. I struggled for a long time but learned eventually. Even though it was cruel to learn how to swim this way I survived.. He kept encouraging me the whole time and that's what we are doing with you Maple Tree Bubble. We're here comforting and supporting your cause..
As long as you can keep your head above water💧 you'll make it...! Remember that you have survived this long, you will eventually return to dry land which is safety..

I don’t have any answers for you but what I will tell you is that I was walking today and feeling completely disconnected from everything and I was saying over and over and over ‘ the Lord is close to the brokenhearted. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted. And then I just said to God, please give me some kind of a sign because yeah well I was driving earlier. I was feeling like I wanted to just pull into an oncoming vehicle. And then when I was walking, I was taking my Aritzia wine coloured hoodie off, cause I was getting hot and this lady just out of nowhere I didn’t even see her. She looked at me and I made eye contact with her and she said I love the colour of your hoodie and I looked at her and said thank you so much for saying this
And then I realized all I’m really looking for in life is kindness.
I just want people to be kind to me
