I quit my job due to stress I felt everyday my health was horrible. My health has improved so much. I fear that it’s declining again because of the unknown. I sleep a few hours a day to pass the time. I can still sleep most of the night.
My skin cleared up I don’t have acne like I used to my migraines have improved a lot. I can’t afford my medication for them but I haven’t needed it. I was on strong medication for many years trying to find a cure. Trying to find out what stressed me out so bad. I knew deep down it was my job that was killing me deep down.
I was even able to clean up my house I painted my living room and wood stain the floor. I have so much more energy now despite me sleeping all the time. I just get bored and depressed.
I hang out with friends when they have time off and are able. (I feel so sad and wish I could make them proud.) I might be falling in love which is the last thing I need to do in the middle of this. I feel like such a loser.
It’s been a little over a month I’m trying I’ve filled out some applications. Nothing has worked out. I had 2 interviews one job was too far away and one didn’t call back.
I left my job for my health I feel so much better. I went to school I finished school I’m qualified I don’t know what people expect out of me.
I want to leave this empty town it feels so hopeless. I feel like I’m waiting for a miracle how much longer?
It sounds like leaving the job was the right thing to do.
You now just need to find a new path and that can be a little scary at first. But let your emotions lead you. If you are falling in love, then let yourself fall in love. You might find answers with some more support.

Update I have an interview today let’s hope it goes well. I’ll update this again soon.

How are you able to pay the bills if you quit your job?
I work for myself, but it’s been pretty slow lately and I can’t just go and get a job that easily because I’ve been working for myself for a long time and I’m worried about running out of money and losing my house

I own my car and home I have a decent amount saved up. I don’t like not having income coming in I live alone no kids or partner. (I really don’t eat a lot never have.)
*** Update DID NOT get the job I keep telling myself things are happening for a reason and the job hasn’t found me yet. ***
I have had multiple jobs fall through. It hurts a lot, but you learn things. The perfect job is out there for you. My great job fell into my lap when I wasn't expecting it after a very large amount of hunting.
So keep looking, but make time for you too. Remember that you aren't only whatever job you have. There are other great things about you.

@Muse4apoem I want to move too, I know the feeling of wishing for a fresh start. Pursue a masters or PHD in another country - it's a good escape.
