Feeling guilty for ever?
Hello! I didn't know where to post this i hope this is OK. I did a mistake really really long ago but I still feel guilty and bad. It's like I can't forgive myself. Does anyone have experience with that and tips on what to do?

Guilt can be a daunting feeling. Trying to forgive ourselves for our past mistakes can be so hard. Reminds me of a quote I read long ago and is stuck with me: "The truth is, unless you let go, unless you forgive yourself, unless you forgive the situation, unless you realize that the situation is over, you cannot move forward."
I am not sure what you are feeling guilty about but would love to know more if you are willing to share. Might not have been easy on you if you are holding on to it for so long.
While I don't have specific solution, I hope you will be able to let go and move forward. Take care of yourself!
