But the good news is, there are simple relaxation techniques you can use anytime, anywhere to find your inner calm.

Deep Breathing

Take slow, deep breaths through your nose, feeling your belly rise and fall with each inhale and exhale

Mindfulness Meditation
Focus your attention on the present moment, without judgment. Notice your breath, your bodily sensations, and any thoughts that arise. If your attention wanders, gently bring it back to the present moment
Visualization
Imagine yourself in a peaceful and calming place. It could be a real or imagined location, like a beach at sunset or a quiet forest clearing. Focus on the details of the scene, engaging all your senses. Visualization can be a powerful tool for reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

Close your eyes and gently scan your body, from head to toe. Notice any sensations without judgment, such as tension, relaxation, warmth, or coolness. This practice can help you become more aware of your body and release any pent-up tension.
