Feel like I'm going ruin everything
So I stopped taking my antidepressants because of money problems, I'm going through some hormonal treatments, and I feel like I'm loosing it, I keep thinking of things that bothers me about my relationship of one year with my boyfriend, and having big emotional responses about it, I'm not sure anymore when I should talk about a problem with my boyfriend cause I don't know anymore when it's actually a problem, and I'm letting my imagination go loose always imaging this scenarios where everything goes as wrong as it could go between us.
Does anyone have gone through something like this?
Getting a therapist it's not an option right now but I want to know if anybody knows how to stop this big emotional reactions or intrusive thoughts

Just know that what ever you did was for a reason. Don't dwell on the past and it's problems. Just as important is to have goals for the future but never dwell it it. As a read in a book awhile ago "if it is not good, it is not the end" so keep pushing through and trust yourself to make good choices. I believe in you! Good luck!
I think you feel confused about when to talk about your concerns with your boyfriend. It sounds to me that you’re afraid that you are driven by anxiety emotions too much. If that was the case I would recommend giving yourself a time to cool down. Maybe holding it as: “I feel very confused right now and I don’t want to mess us up because of that if unnecessary. I try to find my balance”. Maybe sharing this though with your boyfriend or maybe keeping to yourself.
Let me know if you have more thoughts.
