I feel really scared and embarrassed to talk about this, but I need to. The amount I have to ask for is quite big — around 15,000, and I’m thinking of asking for 16,000 or maybe 17,000 to make sure it covers everything like food, rent, and basic needs during the trip. I don’t want to burden her, and that’s what makes this even harder.

Whenever it comes to asking for money, I feel so much fear inside me. I get nervous, ashamed, and uncomfortable. It’s like my throat tightens and my chest gets heavy. I overthink everything — whether it’s too much, whether it’ll be a burden, whether she’ll get upset.

I know it’s not a small amount, and I truly appreciate everything she’s already done for me. But at the same time, I also don’t want to hide my needs out of fear. I’m just… scared of being a burden to someone I care abo
