I feel like I’m at this point too. I can’t ever stay happy longer than I am sad and my anxiety terminates the rest of potential joy for me. I also want to try to find some light in the darkness but I feel stuck in an endless tunnel of doom. Luckily, all the darkness ends somewhere. I hope we can all find the end of the scary shadows.

I’m sorry to hear that you gave up. There were more than one time in my life where I was super close to giving up but ultimately I didn’t and continued on with my life.
May I ask you why you gave up and what made you give up? I ask because I’d like to try to help you “un-give up”
I think sometimes in life we hit roadblocks for whatever reason. Sometimes all of need to find that spark of motivation that inspires us to do what we love At the end of the day we are in charge of our own happiness and how we choose to carry it. Waking up every morning and deciding to take the world head on and conquering our fears is what we need most.
