A lot of times when we are struggling, it's hard to acknowledge the more positive-emotions, and we may struggle to *feel* and embrace them more when we are low, but that doesn't mean that the thought and effort you put into trying to feel or feel happy doesn't count or count enough. It does. Every bit counts, I hope.💛
