Help with creating own thread/forum

I want to post something on a topic I need advice on, but I don’t see an option to create my own forum. How do I do it?

@agreeablePine4955 What you created here is a thread.
Only admins and certain forum team mentors can create new communities/filters. There's a number of topics already though,and I can help you find the appropriate topic. General Support is also an option (and a forum moderator can move threads if appropriate).
You can email forum@7cups.com if you think a topic is lacking.

@agreeablePine4955 It's in the center of the Forum. You can click, and there is a forum guideline, or you can connect to a mentor, who can help you to post.
