Honestly I'm tried

I've hardly been able to take care of myself. I usually find myself crying or talking to myself repeating my problem again and again cause my parents can't care less about the fact that I need therapy. My room has been a mess and I've been avoiding tasks a lot. I end my day with regret of not doing anything productive. And all I get in return is my mother telling me to stop being lazy and quit being a pain in the ***. Who's gonna tell her that I feel like shi all the time.

It’s understandable to feel exhausted 🫂

It sounds like you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. Struggling with daily tasks while feeling unsupported by the people around you can be incredibly painful. Anyone in your situation would feel exhausted and discouraged.

When we are emotionally overwhelmed, even everyday tasks can start to feel harder than usual. It doesn’t mean you’re lazy or failing—it may simply mean that you’re carrying more emotional pain than others can see.

One small step that may help is to choose one manageable task for the day. It could be something as simple as taking a shower, eating a meal, or making your bed. Small actions can create a sense of progress without adding too much pressure.

You don’t have to fix everything at once. The fact that you’re still trying and reaching out for support shows strength.

I hope you’re able to find the support and understanding you deserve 💕
