Hoping to find some advice

I have almost always struggled with my mental health and feeling like I'm not good enough. Sometimes I just feel so alone and I know that I'm not but that doesn't stop me from feeling like I am. I got into my first ever relationship back in September and we just broke up 2 days ago and I'm feeling really terrible about myself. Deep down the logical part of me knows it was probably for the best but every other part of me doesn't care and just wants him back. Sometimes I require a lot of extra reassurance because I tend to overthink things a bunch. I know that I'm a lot to handle but it still sucks being told that. I definitely have my faults and I am very much aware of them I just don't know what to do to fix them. I really want to find stuff that I'm passionate about and enjoy doing but everything just feels so bleh to me if that makes any sense. I'm not sure exactly what I'm hoping for by posting on here but I'd really just love to better myself and find a way to be happy.

Honestly, I feel the same. Everything feels dull, I don’t feel like doing anything. I’m currently having lots of mental health problems, so I’m not in a position to give any advice. But I’ll just say what I think. I try my best to distract myself from bad thoughts about myself by just being busy. Since I am in university, I practically study from morning to night. And if one day I get the best grades, I hope to be able to love myself a bit.

In regards to your breakup, I can’t say anything about it since I’m still single after 18 years of life 😅. But, I think a relationship is all about compatibility. If a couple breaks up, non of them is at fault, it’s just an issue of being incompatible. I hope this helps a little. 💕
