How do I stop pressuring myself?
So, saying I went though some pretty rough things these days is an euphemism. The thing is I feel like the issues come from everywhere, mentally, physically... And I can't concentrate on anything. My mind is like hyperventilating. And it's so hot everywhere it's making me dizzy. I have a habit of writting down things that bother me, but I'm scared to do it... I think the pain of thinking I'm still not moving forward is making me wonder "what's the point" you know. It's way easier to accept myself when I can feel one thing at a time and am calm, but right now, I can't help but feel pressured. I know that it's less worse than back then, because I have this hope that I don't know where it came from, which knows that I'm gonna have a great year. It's like when you're depressed, you can't really focus on what's bothering you, because there's also this crippling "what's the point" that I can't get rid of. So I know now that being depressed is not about willpower. It's about trying, and seeing you failed, and not having any solution left that appears to make you feel better. And I search for dopamine everywhere, but nothing is enough to cure my overwhelm.
Can anyone offer an advice?

When you write down things, it doesn't mean that you are not moving forward, nothing takes away from your progress. That still matters. Writing things down helps take the power and rawness out if feelings. I write it down and burn it, so I'm not stuck re reading it or hyper analysing it. For me, it's about taking one day at a time, having a good self care routine in place, doing things that bring me joy and knowing you are trying your best. When we are trying to do too much, we feel pressured and overwhelmed, things dont become manageable anymore, it just stresses us out and leaves us stuck. I'm so glad you found share here, exactly what you are feeling, it's important to speak out, you deserve to feel better and i hope with time, you will 💜💕
