How much is in your tank?

I just had a great path prompt; how much is in your tank? we always have so much going on and everything we do takes energy. so how much energy do you have left in your tank before you burn out and what can you do to refill that tank?

for me, i have about a half a tank. i can make it through the week but i need to fill up soon enough. since i am not that close to empty, i don’t need as much rest as i would compared to a quarter tank. i just need a good nap and some quiet reading time
