I am a new here and know about me

Hello everyone my name is Adel and I am 23 year old. I am diagnosed mild depression when I was 16 due the school problem.

What makes hard me since I got depression:

• Trust issues with my peers especially same of my age

• Discriminate me due my mental health problem

• Comparison me with other who don't have mental health problem

• Don't trust my skills in music

• No one accept me who am I

• No one appreciate me

• Feeling underrated at college

What I learned have a mild depression:

• I give the importance about the mental health

• I am open especially the differences of every individual

• Awareness about other cultures

• Learn the difference perspective of each person

• Advocate about mental health awareness

• Advocate the disability awareness

• Advocate the learn the difference culture
