I am so tired

Trigger warning (severe depression and hopelessness:)

I have continued to try to be positive, to smile. Today I can’t. I have slept until my body cannot, and forces me to have water. I can’t cry. I have not seen sun today. Everything hurts and I am tired of trying to believe that things get better. I feel sick, and numb, and ignorant.

@memyselfandmoth

Things don't usually get better unless we want it. Other times, it is a constant uphill battle.

Nobody can save us, but ourselves. Nobody can help us, if we don't want the help.

It is okay if you can't do it today. Try again tomorrow. Take little step. You can even make a list of things you want to do for the day and cross them out as you do it. I hope you feel better.

I know exactly how you feel. I'm going through the same. I feel tired, stressed anxious and hopeless. Just do not know what to do. It is like groundhog day and I wait everyday to be able to go back to bed. I don't actually know how to cope with this anymore. Its so painful.

Hi everyone. Not sure if you guys have tried counseling or not but I would definitely give it a try. Also talk to your Dr about meds. It might take awhile but they will find the right one. Also exercising helps me a lot. I walk/jog everyday for about 30 minutes and it helps me a lot. I am also reading two books. One is Feeling Good and the other is The 10 Best Ever Anxiety Management Techniques. Reading usually helps anyways so my thought was I might as well get some coping strategies and learn about the brain at the same time.

Im so sorry you’re feeling this too. Life is far from easy. If possible at least we can know we’re not alone. I hope you can find even a shred of optimism in your day. I’m searching for it too. Rooting 4 U
