I've been alone and unloved for as long as I can remember, I want to end myself.

Hey friend! You're not alone, we're all here with you.

You have taken a step towards choosing life by joining this platform. You want to help yourself and that's a matter to be proud of, believe it or not. You are actively working to feel better and that's admiriable. While a lot of people just ignore their feelings and self-destruct without knowing, you are seeking help, caring for yourself and that's what matters the most.

Taking active steps towards happiness will help you feel better little by little. As there is not more information, I am just gonna suggest some general ideas you can try next.

Try to notice if you're being self-critical. If yes, can you try treating yourself as you would a friend? Try to think of yourself as your friend and be compassionate to yourself. You can google how to do that and that will keep you busy.

Keeping yourself busy is also important. You can start exploring self help courses on this platform or online if you have any preferences. If that feels too much, you can start by picking up a hobby. This will shift your focus for some time and keep you occupied.

Maintaining a healthy life style also helps. Do you like exercising or just taking a walk outside? Do that! If not, just go out and side by a lake or so, read a book there. Going outside will help you intake fresh air and feel calm.

Depression affects your brain. The good news is, you can try to rewire it and will feel better little by little while doing so. Hold on to hope and set goals in life even though it seems tough. You are tough for fighting depression until now, you're strong and worthy of love.

Can you reach out to your friends and family and make plans? And as long as you're fighting, there is still hope for finding more love, more fulfilling moments, happiness and joy. You can try talking to the listeners on this platform too. Try opening up to people, try hearing your own thoughts and figure out what your body and soul needs and act towards it.

Lastly, can you try to replace your negative thoughts with positive ones? Everytime you have a negative thought, consciously actknowledge it and say to yourself, this is just a thought and not necessarily it's true. Or, just say to yourself, I will prove this negative thought wrong, I am capable enough to fight this.

And if you feel like it, you can try therapy. A professional can help you guide through the healing journey.

In short, there is a lot of resource and things to do out there. Don't lose hope, keep fighting. You got this! Good luck!
