I am sorry you are hurting so much at the moment. Right now it is very raw so it is understandable that it feels like it will feel this bad forever. Having your trust breached by someone you cared for is heart-breaking and engenders feelings of doubt and reduced self esteem. Although it is no real consolation, maybe it might help to consider that whatever has occurred between you and your partner, you are still the same you. The same excellent human being you were when you did not feel bad.
I imagine it is very hard going through these feelings when you do not feel you have someone to talk to and confide in. I wish words alone could take away some of that feeling for you. But for now I send you good thoughts and best wishes that, if they do not soothe, might maybe distract from the sadder thoughts for a little while.
I just left him yesterday with no explanation because I can't put into words how I feel about him anymore I feel so guilty rn because he doesn't have much friends to talk to but her really treated me like ***

You did what you felt was the right thing to do, and it sounds like you cared for your partner a great deal, otherwise it would not have had such an impact on you. That you could not articulate to your partner the reasons for the break-up is understandable, as is your empathy towards their feelings. Guilt is a difficult thing to deal with, but perhaps it might help to keep in mind that feeling guilt is not the same as being to blame or having responsibility.
The most important thing right now is how you are doing. It is very fresh right now, and I imagine feels raw. Know that there are people here who will listen if you need to vent or just need a little support whilst you find your feet.

I am really sorry you are feeling this way. Breakups are incredibly difficult, and it is completely understandable to feel lonely, especially when you do not have a strong support system. You are not alone in this, many people experience heartbreak, but with time, healing becomes possible.
It might help to remind yourself why you made this decision and what good can come from it. Leaving a relationship that does not make you feel valued can open the door for healthier connections in the future. You deserve someone who sees and appreciates you fully, not just for how you look but for the beautiful person you are inside! :)
In the meantime, finding ways to feel less alone can make a difference. Doing things that bring you joy, can provide comfort. Can you think of at least one activity that you can enjoy?
Healing takes time, but these feelings will not last forever. You are stronger than you think, and you will get through this. Remember, you have a supportive community here, ready to listen whenever you need us! :)
