Hello, I've been under a lot of stress lately because I urgently need to look for a job. I graduated school about 7 months ago and then had to go to the hospital for 5 months. ( mental health hospital) and now I have the problem that I can't manage to get an education/ job . I feel like I just don't have the energy for it. And I'm scared. (I have depression and anxiety disorders) I just don't know what to do, especially because I don't even know exactly what job I should do. I always have ideas that I don't want to do a few weeks later. I really need help.

It is extremely hard in my opinion for people with anxiety to find jobs or maybe even stay in jobs... the what if factor seems to get to them....

i too passed on applying for certain jobs as something in the job description or interview if i did apply seemed harder then it actually was.   People without anxiety have a hard enough time as in many situations ..........what the job is behind the scenes or workplace dynamics can be different as well...   I am not dismissing your anxiety but trying to let you know many go through with this in job market...

what do i want to do?  can i see myself doing this long term ?  both hard to answer without a glimpse inside the workplace..........

instead people seem only concerned about how much $$$ and benefits to chase jobs that in the end they may find they hate.... i found the jobs i liked best and fit best were not always the best paying .......... yet the stress and dread of going everyday  to the best paying one IMO was NOT worth a bit more in pay.

Maybe to ease into thing and find what suits you find a staffing agency or temp placement a try before you buy scenario.
