I feel like I’m stuck in a loop and I really want to find a way out of it
I’ve been feeling lost, anxious, and unsure of myself lately. I worry about what people think and often compare myself to others. I procrastinate, feel guilty, and then become even more afraid of failing.
My sleep has also been difficult, and my mind doesn’t seem to switch off. But I know I don’t want to give up on myself.
Maybe I don’t need to fix everything at once. I can take small steps go outside for a few minutes, study for a little while, and try again when I struggle.
I’m not a failure. I’m just going through a difficult time, and I’m still trying. That is enough for today.

So many truths here!
You most definitely don't need to fix everything at once. Some would say you don't need to fix anything at all, you are perfect as you are. But, even if you dont feel perfect, you most definitely are not a failure. It's OK to make mistakes. Keeping on trying is a good way to learn.
I'm sorry you are feeling lost and stuck. I hope your path forward finds you soon.
@Clio9876 thank you soo much for your sweet words I’m actually quite depressed because I feel like I’m getting worse at academics I still can’t bring myself to start working hard and studying again I feel stuck in a loop where I keep procrastinating and end up doing nothing I really want to change and get back on track, but it’s just so difficult for me.

Its OK. You're going thru a difficult patch and when that happens, everything becomes hard work. It seems like you feel a lot of pressure to be studying and improving academically, and that pressure is making it impossible to take the steps to achieve exactly that. Its actually quite common for the fear of failure to result in freezing and being unable to do things. It's a very natural response, and not one that we have much control over.
Here's an acronym that helps me. FEAR = Forgetting that Everything will be All Right. It's possibly hard to see right now, but when you are as old as me and look back on all the times I was afraid, actually it did turn out OK. Sometimes we need the outcome we fear, to see other better alternatives for us. I'm confident it will be all right, one way or another, because you are so determined. And that determination will carry you through.
@frankJar5294 Your body is saying that. Congratulations on the willingness to find a way out.
