I have no purpose
my life sucks
Idk what should I do?
I don't want to live like a zombie with an automatic life for the rest of my life without making any changes.

Start making changes you want....the only person that can make quality changes in your life is YOU
remember when making changes start small try things on like you would try on clothes.... if something you try does not work move on to something else until you find something that fits and feels good.

Hey… I hear how hopeless and drained you feel right now. When life feels like it’s just repeating — waking up, doing the same things, feeling nothing — it can start to feel like you’re not really living, just existing. That emptiness can be so painful.
But what you’re expressing — that you don’t want to live like this anymore — that’s actually something really powerful. It means there’s still a part of you that wants change. Even if you don’t know what to do yet, that small part that’s saying “I don’t want to live like a zombie” is a sign of life, not defeat. It’s the same part that still hopes for something better, even after all the exhaustion.
Sometimes, when you’ve been stuck for a long time, change doesn’t come from overhauling your entire life overnight — it begins with one small shift that reminds you you’re not trapped. That could mean:
- Going for a walk without your phone and just breathing for a few minutes.
- Writing down how you actually feel without censoring yourself.
- Reaching out to someone — even a listener on a platform like 7 Cups, a helpline, or a friend — just to say, “I’m not okay today.”
If everything feels too much, you don’t have to face it all at once. Start with the next hour. Ask yourself: What’s one small, kind thing I can do for myself right now — not to fix everything, just to get through this moment?
You’ve been living in survival mode for too long, and that’s not your fault. You didn’t choose to feel numb — you’ve just been hurt and tired for a long time. But you can choose, little by little, to start caring for yourself again, to rebuild small sparks of meaning.
Can I ask — when you say you don’t want to live like this anymore, what kind of change do you wish you could make, even if it feels far away right now?
