I've been messed up for a while yet I'm trying so hard and nobody's help and before you think I'm complaining I've never even asked for help from people who need the help for themselves, yet I'm getting bashed for not getting better I suddenly am a burden to the ones who I had to put up with until I've reached this all time low, my mom who is severly mentally ill and doesn't want to get any better and it's tormenting me seeing her this way every day, and my girlfriend who's borderline and still won't seek help so she lashes out at me every single day and today she's telling me she can't put up with me feeling this sad for the past couple of days, I'm tired of this bs, everybody around me wants me to get better yet none of them is trying to get better yet they're still complaining, I'm tired of everyone and everything

Hello

I'm truly sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing. It sounds like you're in a very tough situation, dealing with personal struggles while also being surrounded by loved ones who have their own significant issues. It's understandable that you feel overwhelmed and frustrated, especially when it seems like you're expected to improve without the support and understanding you need.

Remember, it's not complaining to acknowledge how hard things are for you right now. You're carrying a heavy load, and it's okay to feel exhausted by it. It's also important to remember that it's not selfish to seek help, even if those around you are struggling too. Everyone deserves support, including you.

Have you considered reaching out to a mental health professional for yourself? They can offer guidance and support that's tailored to your needs. It's a step towards taking care of yourself, which is crucial in situations like yours. Remember, taking care of your own mental health isn't just beneficial for you; it can also put you in a stronger position to deal with the challenges posed by your environment.

It's also important to set boundaries for your own well-being. This might include having honest conversations with your girlfriend about how her behaviour affects you and exploring ways to create a healthier dynamic.

Please remember, you're not alone in this. There are people and resources out there that can help, and it's more than okay to reach out for that support. You deserve to be well and to live in an environment that supports your well-being.

We're here for you during this difficult time <3

@whereverimayroamm        This is really rough. i do get it though. i myself live in a home where people expect change from me, yet they do nothing to change themselves. it can be really hard. i understand and i get where your coming from. Your mom with the mental illness, when u say she dosent want to get better, just remember that its the mental illness talking. i have a mom who is bipolar, and even though she takes medication for it her illness adapts and in 6-10 months they have to change her meds. during this time she isnt herself. this follows the same for your mother too. she thinks she feels better continually being mentally ill because in that state of mind, that person dosen't have a care in the world. life seems better for them and they're okay with that. its not your mom's fault she feels this way. i know its hard, but remember people who are in the midts an active mental illness mania are not themselves. the words they say, the things they do are not really them. as for you sister, it sounds like shes just fed up with life right now. just continue to be there for her (and your mom ofc) and let her know you got her. Also remember to make time for yourself too:) the real change happens from deep withen when you do a little soul searching and find the solution. once you find the solution, but the work into action to make the needed change. sounds like your very angry right now, with your mom in particuar.  you seem hurt, depressed, and exhausted. just take a little you time and remember, dont let this make your day bad. you got this, keep going. things always go from good, to bad to better. your in the bad rn, but better is on its way :D
