I’ve been away from the site for a while. Recently took a nasty fall - injuring the left side of my body. Can’t use hand, very tough to walk, pain, swelling and bruising. Live alone and difficult to do things with one hand. I know things will supposedly improve in 6 weeks, but feeling very depressed.

@UberRuminator Did you get xrays? I speak from experience...
I had help though, that's definitely hard by yourself! Can you get homecare, a friend, etc? Even once a week just to help you have things set up to make them easier.
@AffyAvo They took several x-rays. Fracture confirmed. That’s in a brace for at least five more weeks. Nothing to do for the foot/leg pain except alternating heat/ice and waiting.
