I tried to take my life recently but now i am healing!!!

Guys i am so happy!! I am getting out of depression and i am starting to heal i know this is just the beginning but healing is a journey i would love to share it with u and anyone who sees this and goibg through it please always have hope as long as you still alive as long as there is hope. And this is coming from a peraon who tried to took their life just recently!! Share with us tips that helped getting from the dark and managing it !!
