It's Sunday And Nothing Happened. No text Whatsoever.
It's over. What hurts most is that someone will hurt you again when they know they hurt you before and said they wouldn't. Who does that to someone? Why? I'll be sad now and Idk when I will feel good again.

I was in your situation, and here's how I solved it:
1. I read and watched videos about narcissists and how they trap us.
2. After I knew my vulnerable areas where narcissists hit me in, I started working on them.
3. I opened up to new friends after I how to choose the right people and how to detect and stop abuse.
I finally found good people who care, and help me grow.
You won't feel good again if you keep repeating the cycle. I thought that you said that you weren't going to pay attention to what happened on Sunday.
Look for love in yourself rather than from the outside.@pebbs123

Focusing on healing from the inside out can be really lonely at times. But you can find healing by focusing on things you like to do rather than relationships. Remind yourself of hobbies you enjoy, books you read, music you listen to, and shows you watch.@pebbs123
