It's unfair

Hi everyone hope yall doing well I'm new here I just want sm1 to talk to at least to not feel lonely I've been dealing with bipo depression nd panic attacks for a yeaaaaars I stopped going out since 2019 i think nd stop meetings ppl I also don't have friends I feel anxious bt it I keep overthinking a lot i lost weight there's so much more to say nd I just need help sm1 that can bring me back to the girl that used to be happy love life no fear just enjoying her life nd thank u
