The mention of a bright smile and fleeting joy is a powerful reminder of the moments of happiness we might experience in life, that we must cherish and hold onto those moments, no matter how short-lived they might be.

The lines "So hard to love. So hard to hate." remind me of the complexity of our emotions, that life puts us in difficult situations like hating even if we don't wish, or willing to love even if we can't. And lets us "Wondering what's written in our fate.", living with the uncertainty of our future.

You also touch on the passage of time and the various stages of life, from childhood to adulthood and starting a family. Like each phase has to be lived in its due time and in a proper way. For example, when you are a child by age, you have to live the life of a child, not exposed to live like an adult. And so on. And how advancing day by day you expect to reach all those phases in due time.

To me, the closing lines, "Desperation. To be human. One more time. Again and again," express your determination to continue living and experiencing life as a human being, with all its ups and downs. No matter what.

Throughout the poem, there is a sense of appreciation of the beauty in the simple everyday experience, of perseverance through challenges, and treasuring the short moments of joy that life might bring.

In the context of this Community, it's a powerful inspiration to keep on living and cherishing our existence, no matter what life throws our way.

The last words "Again and again" remind me of a song in contemporary classical music: "Again" that is also about the passage of time, day after day, though with a more melancholic tone, as the text comes from the renownedly gloomy Ecclesiastes:
