Just really lost
As of the past few months I've just been getting increasingly more down. I've heavily struggled with mental health my whole life, and I had moved out of a bad living situation a few months back, and was doing better than I had been in a long while. After a few weeks though I slowly began to get bad again. I began to struggle to get outta bed, struggle with my memory, was always tired, and I was more moody.
Now I can't remember the days, I forget to eat, I forget to drink, I don't wake up to my alarms, I'm exhausted all the time, I can barely focus in school, I struggle with completing assignments, I have no motivation, I'm confused all the time, I can't remember most things if anything, I'm struggling with wanting to go out, and wanting to be around others. The only thing I've consistently been doing is showering.
Emotionally I'm not to sure what's going on. I'm really struggling trying to figure it out, but I know that it's the worst it's been for a little while. The best way I can describe it as of now is really sad. I've tried to tell people, but it's brushed aside, and I'm told to "not be sad."
I'm in therapy thankfully, but even then it seemed to be brushed aside. I'm just not to sure what to do, or where to go from here. My resources as of now are fairly limited. I'm just not to sure what to do.
@bubblewumble I'm sorry sweetie 😢 feeling this way, is hard to get out of, but should not be brushed aside. Are you on meds? For depression or anything? I'm glad you have 7 cups ❤ reach out to a listener there will be people who help support you here. I know it's hard but don't give up, you'll see better days. Just keep going as much as you can ❤❤ sends you love and gives you a giant tiny hug ❤ everything will be ok ❤

Unfortunately many things can be interconnected ... the tiredness the confusion and such can be linked to not eating well and getting nutrients/ vitamins that can help with our mood and well being....
many people are afraid of not knowing how to help someone and resort to the "be happy " type sayings that frankly do nothing for a person experiencing deep depression. I hope your therapy goes well and you can find some relief.
