Just tired!!
I'm tired of failing. I'm tired of me. I'm tired of trying and never getting anywhere. I'm tired of asking for help just to have no one help. I'm tired of hurting myself (accidentally). I'm tired of people not caring. I'm tired of wishing I was better off in the ground. I'm tired of feeling hopeless. I'm just tired of everything. I'm tired!!

I feel this tired all the time and low. I have to crawl out basically until I can walk. I try to find glimmer in my day which is hard . Simple things for me rn like coloring my anxiety away.
I hope you can find a Lil glimmer in your day. Music helps me a ton as well , walking .
I have found myself walking life alone and misunderstood gets sad and lonely so I also have a dog 🐕 she loves to cuddle and brings me love and joy

People become depressed because they experience disappointment—disappointment in achieving something, for a person, or in reaching a goal; I experienced this feeling before when I was five. I was happy because I finally managed to write the letters of my name, but as I hurried home from school, I found that my father had passed away from an illness that could have been cured if only there had been enough money or time to gather it in any way. I felt like I had been thrown from the Space Needle. I became so weird to the point that I eat greedily at my father's funeral. However, after more than ten years of introversion, I found a glimmer of hope—my father's goal that I must achieve. You too should find the point that makes you negative and seek a meaningful remedy for it."; if you have a child to fight for it for example ! ; Feelings are like a valley, and the valley can change its course with force. We are all here, standing together for each person's right to happiness. ;)

I want you to know how deeply I hear your pain and exhaustion. It’s completely understandable to feel overwhelmed when you’ve been trying so hard and still feel stuck. It sounds like you’ve been carrying a heavy load for a long time, and that can be incredibly draining.
Feeling tired of trying and experiencing repeated setbacks can create a profound sense of hopelessness. It’s painful to reach out for help and feel let down, and it’s normal to want support, especially during such difficult times. The frustration and hurt you’re expressing are completely valid.
You mentioned feeling tired of everything, and that speaks to the weight of your emotions. It’s okay to acknowledge that you’re in a tough place right now. Sometimes, when everything feels like too much, taking even small steps toward self-care can make a difference. This could be as simple as allowing yourself to rest or doing something comforting, like listening to music or spending time in nature.
It’s also important to remember that it’s okay to feel what you’re feeling. You don’t have to force yourself to be better or to feel differently right away. Your feelings are real, and they matter. If you can, try to find moments to express yourself, whether through writing, art, or talking to someone who understands.
You are not alone in feeling this way, and there are people who care, even if it doesn’t always feel that way. You deserve kindness and understanding as you navigate through this pain. Please be gentle with yourself during this time.
Sometimes people enter into a slump such as this one. I can understand where you’re coming from. Sometimes life can be overwhelming, and it sounds as if you’re blaming yourself for this.
It’s natural to feel this way. In fact, I used to feel the same as well. However, creating a balance between reflecting on these emotions and distracting yourself from them is important.
Participating in activities or hobbies can help with this balance. Whether you’re good or not should not matter, what should matter is whether or not you’re enjoying what you’re doing.
For me, I found that talking to my friends and family more really helped to alleviate the feelings I was dealing with for a while.
No matter what it is, doing things you enjoy can truly help relieve stress. I cannot guarantee that all of your stress will disappear, but perhaps relieving some of it will allow you to feel more energised, and reflect on these emotions in a healthy way.
For example, if you feel that you are simply not good enough, please understand that you are who you are, but that is not set in stone. You are able to change aspects of yourself. And I found that when I felt this way, instead of focusing on the feeling of ‘never being good enough’ and the negative aspects, focusing on making changes helps greatly.
I found hope in using this method, and it allowed me to make improvements for myself whilst still acknowledging stress but not completely focusing on it.
I hope this helps in some way, have a good day!
