Looking to build a support system

Hi, I’ve been feeling really down lately and I feel as though i am utterly alone in the world with no one to turn too. It’s been an exhausting search and quite frankly don’t know what else to do other than to give up. I just want to find a welcoming community that is willing to receive me without prejudice or judgement but I guess that’s not how the world is. I just want to be heard and feel validated without seeming like I’m invisible.
