Losing myself
Lately it feels like I can't get out of my head. My thoughts just keep bouncing around like a jumping bean. Alot of those thoughts have made me feel depressed on an almost 24/7 basis. Only way I escape is when I try to get some sleep. Even then my sleep isn't great anymore.
I feel so drained, barely anything excites me much. My smiles feel forced, or if I show genuine emotion, I feel like crying. I don't like crying in public, I know it's ok to cry, however I always feel like I am being judged by everything I do. Anything deemed out of the ordinary or not right, or so my perception sees, I am not a good person.
I barely have anyone to talk to, I'm the worst with words, which gets me into trouble alot. I internalize my emotions, so I'm not a burden. I push people away when I'm struggling, because I don't want them to be affected by my negative, depressed thoughts. I know just through looking people can speculate.
My mind continues to tell me that everyone is out to get me, and that I will NEVER be accepted by polite society.
I also struggle with BPD, however the depression part has completely taken over.
Usually I can bounce back, however it's taking longer.
Thank you for reading if you made it this far. Means alot
@CelticStar7
I'm sorry you are struggling.
I do the same.
Don't speak up.
Don't want to worry anyone.
Or be a burden .
I Want to always be strong.
Helpful.
The support system.
I've hard on myself.
It's isolating and painful at times.
It doesn't change, unless we change it, which I'm working on.
I'm trying to open up more.
You are not alone here 💕 😊

You are not alone. The same thing happens to me everyday. I struggle to find a purpose in my life to try and help me not have these thoughts. My depression is the worst when my thoughts are racing and then I tend to end up having a manic episode. My therapist and everyone i talk to just tell me to take it one day at a time. Easier said than done unfortunately. You can get through this.
I can understand you and sad to know this however loving yourself is very important more than others opinion@CelticStar7
Same !!
It feels stuck I too was in the same cycle just a few weeks ago somehow I am thinking of getting better because I can't live forever with depression and anxiety. Yeah me too I can't also cry , no friends, nobody to talk or share emotions but here in 7 cups I felt better because I could vent out . Earlier I was on AI chatgpt and stuff saying my feelings to it helps a bit but not as much as a human listener. I too can't bounce back it was my natural tendency still I am waiting for that . I had 2 voices created in my head like 2 persons one listens and one talks about problems it's crazy because you are into the thing complete day , you lose appetite, get detached then became close to someone if he/she's nice to you then you abandon or do introverted stuff feel insecure. I feel the same the only thing I changed I don't overthink now just say whether it's whatever yeah do think before speaking but I don't hesitate to speak now that much still I am improving .
Try being around some positive or fitness or some good routine enthusiast people they sometimes show a direction. Don't overreact to brain because it hijacks your conciousness because it exactly knows what makes you dive deep into the topic that you know would hurt you but still it makes you enter the territory so be aware of the triggers .
Try doing any hobby , if you feel like judged go to a silent place with phone whether it's singing or painting just do that thing don't hold back. Read some autobiographies of successful people whether as a person , spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally or economically it helps a lot and gives us idea we aren't alone .
Sometimes our palms are sabotaged we fail , but we need to pick ourselves up because if you don't then who else stands for you ! We can listen you can vent out but at the end you are the main protagonist of your story . Be outer directed a tip for you it helps a lot it makes you observe more and it creates a social intelligence (not my words but Robert Greene's) it helps you live seemingly better and don't take anything personally because it only hurts us not the person who has said that .
You are strong , you have the resilience to bounce back you know that your heart says I will make it I will bounce back it will happen brother/sister first in your mind then in reality.

Don't stay in depressive environment connect, move out , travel , do your hobbies and passion , include some thrill and adventure , make friends or just try you will succeed in finding good ones , cut off toxic people who lower your self esteem and not talk to them and take necessary actions to avoid bullying or such people . Keep your mind off those thoughts share and vent it out .
You need to do it connect with people vent it not hold on alone you'll feel light and your mood will get better and you'll eventually become better regaining confidence and being the person who you always dreamed to be or reclaiming your original Identity.
Hope it helps you feel better ....
