I don't know I don't know I swear I have to be a child who can support their parent after 4-6 years but I don't know what to do Everyone has other opinion My family has clashes I have no one to talk to it's difficult I don't know Engineering? Bachelor? Arts ? Business? I am confused And my marks ,the fees and everything It feels like I am a big burden for my family
@gentleWatermelon8652 - Sorry you are going through this. It may not seem like it, but you are 18 with your entire life (and potential) ahead of you. Perhaps your culture/family puts a premium on college, as though there are no other options? Think about Trade Schools, as an example. Maybe you are very smart, but just are not good at test taking (anxiety, etc)? Many great students are like that. You may find new friends if try another path. Good luck.
The thing the paths are confusing
I don't know if I should leave this to pursue this.
@gentleWatermelon8652 - try to talk with an older mentor about your confusion. We are all human, and sometimes need help with the right path to take, when each seems equally interesting. If you are young you can start one path and then change if you need a course correction. Lots of people do that. Good luck
One reframe worth of considering:
There is usually more than many ways that can work just fine. Some of them might be smoother and some more bumpy. Still, it is not about finding the one and only. It’s ok to sometimes make a mistake. If it happens, admit it fast and correct to your best.
It sounds like you are overwhelmed now. Could you first narrow down your choices to 5? It sounds like you researched and listened to multiple advices. On top of your head which 5 make sense to you? Some ideas might make sense to others but you might feel they are not for you. This is worth noticing. Also making written notes can sometimes help to organize thoughts.
