Lost motivation for everything

Hi, I don’t understand what im feeling right now i feel like im down in such a deep hole that is impossible to get out form. I have lost hope that things will get better because they haven’t in 3 years. Life feels like ***. I can’t keep doing this anymore.
The only thing I had left was horse back riding. Now it’s nothing. I don’t have anything to live for. Anything im exited for. Anything Im happy for.
Help me please because neither my therapist nor my psychiatrist can:(
