Maybe I have. Maybe I don't. Most likely yes. I wouldn't be doing this if it weren't for that person.

It makes me feel bad knowing I'm making him go through the same thing as before. He doesn't deserve it. I don't want to hurt anyone. I just don't understand myself.I don't want any trouble. Alone, I don't know what to do.

I never expected that person to be doing that. It makes me feel bad. So bad. I hate myself for it. It's my fault. I didn't have to do it

I don't want the typical "everything's fine" talk. No. I don't want that. I'm tired of that.

Will those words change anything? I still feel the same, I don't know what to do. It makes me sad. I felt bad.

I don't know if I should say these things. But here I am. I don't even speak English. And here I am.

Maybe, in the end, it was always the problem (?)

(sorry for writing this, really sorry)

I won’t pretend to fix anything. But it’s clear you’re hurting, and you’re stuck in your head, blaming yourself for stuff you didn’t even fully choose.

I’ve been in a spot like that not knowing what the *** I’m feeling, messing up things, and then hating myself for it. And yeah, when people say Aaryan “it’s fine” or “you’ll be okay,” it doesn’t help. Sometimes it even makes it worse.

If i may, i would like to share some thoughts on it... Dear

You feel bad, lost, guilty. Fine. Accept that fully. Name it. Don’t run.

Write down exactly what you’re feeling and why even if it’s messy or makes no sense. Get it all out of your head and onto paper or a voice note.

Because the more you avoid it, the louder it gets.

Ask One Real Question “What do I actually want right now?”

Not what’s “right” or what will make people happy.

Ask:

  • Do I want to fix things with that person?

  • Do I need time to fix myself first?

  • Do I need to step back from both?

Once you’re clear about that, you’ll stop making decisions from guilt.

If you hurt someone, don’t disappear. Say what you feel honestly not dramatically.

Say

“I don’t want to cause pain. I’m confused, but I care. I’m working on understanding myself, and I need time. I didn’t mean to make you go through that.”

That’s enough. Don’t over-apologize. Clarity heals more than guilt.

I hope it helps !🫂
