Medications make it worse
No matter what medication I take, it always makes my moods way worse and all they do is give me more drugs despite me saying I don't want to be on them they're making it worse. They don't believe me, with adhd stimulants they ALWAYS hand me amphetamines and methylphenidates when I've told them I've tried them and they make me angry, they refuse to give me anything else, I'm 17 and this has been happening for 3 years now, my parents don't listen to anything I say because I have a diagnosis of autism and apparently I act crazy, they don't even let me take my own medications when I'm almost a legal adult, my parents just never listen to me period and sometimes treat me like I'm much younger than I am. I've tried to talk to them about this and they get angry, my depression has always been situational, it says "Major Depressive Disorder" but it's not like I stay in bed all day and the reason why I've been depressed is because of the hand I've been dealt, psychiatrists ignore this and so do my parents.

That sounds incredibly frustrating and lonely. You've fought to be heard and it’s like no one’s listening. Three years of that? That’s exhausting.
It makes total sense why you’d feel so dismissed. When psychiatrists keep pushing the same meds after you’ve said they hurt you, or when your parents treat you like a little kid instead of a nearly grown adult it's painful. Especially when they use your autism against you, like your feelings aren’t valid. You know your own mind and body better than anyone.
You deserve to be believed, not just handed more pills or talked down to. I’m really sorry they’re making you feel so small and unheard.
You’re carrying so much, and still fighting to be seen. That takes real courage.
If you ever feel like talking in real time be sure to request a Listener or browse the Listener List for someone that looks comfortable--myself included.

It's sad to hear that you parents and doctors practically force you to take drugs which are not helping you, or even have some harmful adverse effects.
Especially in the light of some _independent_ research (i.e. research not sponsored by large pharmaceutical companies or their affiliates), telling that using some kind of antidepressants or amphetamine might be counterproductive and not as safe as it is commonly believed.
I hope things change when you are coming of age soon and/or gaining more independence.
