Missing out with my partner and its sending me back into a spiral

I have really bad depression and by the time i feel enjoyment with anything my partner is tired and I can't do anything with them anymore. Which sucks. Feels like I waste the whole day and our time together being depressed and when I do feel better they can't be there for me. It's starting to really eat away at me and push me right back into a depressive state of mind.

Many people in depression can totally get what you are going thru.  We have little control over the depression if we did we would chose not to have any depression.

Try putting yourself in your partners shoes if they want to do things with you want to enjoy time with you and instead they are waiting for a moment when the clouds of depression part and there is a window of time they may not have that time open or are frustrated.

The choice becomes ours to find new ways of dealing with depression like seeking help or trying meds instead of letting our missing out sink us deeper into depression.  do you talk with your partner about this or just doing self blame adding to your spiral.

Im better now. I am on meds, and I am very openly communicative to my partner about my mental health. A lot went on this past week. But the storm clouds are parting.
