I wake up every morning with dread, I know most don't believe that they think i'm doing great.. I just fight through the frustration which lasts about 20 minutes,  then i'm feeling better and have found my composure..🌲

Every single morning. I just cry whether it’s on the inside or outside. That’s why I’m on this app. I’m so tired of every day starting like this.

I know things feel heavy right now, 😔and I believe brighter days 🌟can come, even if they don't feel possible at the moment. Sometimes hope🤞 is all we can hold onto, and that's okay.💐

I wake up every morning with the weight i carry everyday. I just try my best to understand my pain but it just slips away. The most accurate description I could give it is long-term loneliness. And I just keep thinking about abstract stuff on how to be loved, and how to love, etc stuff and it's just too complicated and heavy.

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. 😔💙 This forum has really helped me realise, I'm not the only one. So many of us are continuously struggling with the same feelings every morning, and it helps to know we understand and support each other. 🤗🌸 Sending you love, strength, and hoping tomorrow feels a little kinder . 💙💛✨

I can definitely understand your experience with morning dysphoria. I used to experience it often when my anxiety was at its worst. I would wake up and just feel an immense amount of dread because I would remember all the things I had to do today or didn't get done yesterday. It was an endless cycle, and it made getting out of bed so hard because sleep was my safe space, where I didn't have to worry about responsibilities.

One of the ways I cope with this issue is that I listen to ASMR right before I go to sleep, so I will listen to ASMR videos of shopping hauls, and what's in my bag, so I can calm my mind before going to sleep. I also do not get on my phone the minute I wake up. Of course, I have my alarm on my phone, but I spend 20 minutes getting a coffee, brushing my teeth, and just living in the moment. Once I started implementing these in my daily routines, I noticed a huge drop in my waking up in the morning with so much anxiety.

We are all different, and we have different needs, but I recently read a training guide from 7cups about sleep education, with some helpful tips: https://www.7cups.com/sleeping-well/lesson2.html. I only started incorporating them recently, like using my bed only for sleeping and limiting my caffeine consumption before I sleep. I just wanted to say it does get better, and I am glad you are here.
