Diagnosed with level depression + mid level anxiety. HAMD 18pts, HAMA 26pts.
Will be in US chapman university for MFA film TV production program 2 months later. Seeking for help.
I feel dizzy everyday I can’t sleep and wake up really early in the morning. I also can’t control my emotions properly. I don’t know what to do.
