Solutions to Depressive Symptoms(?

Hey there

To anyone who read this, i wish you a nice day!:))

Life has been getting really complicated for me these few days. I have faced significant academic failure leading to a very high tuition cost alongside with serious family criticism. Nothing was able to cheer me up and i have been very emotional. I have been getting insomnia every day as well and could not concentrate on the next day. I am really scared this status would affect my learning efficiency and further affect my academic performance.

Can anyone suggest any solutions/ tools that can cheer me up/ adjust my mental health for now? Thank you:)

Your family criticizing ultimately doesn't help 🥺

I'm sorry you are struggling.

Study is stressful and we put alot of pressure on ourselves.

It's important you take , small, daily, consistent steps everyday to allow you to feel better.

To get things done.

Seeing progress will help you feel more confident.

See in your place of study what supports there are.

All you can do is your best and worrying yourself sick won't help in the long run.

Sending you my best wishes 💚🤗

@fairmindedThinker2198 I really want you to understand that your grades are not you. You have to sleep. You cannot function well and understand well and improve in academic sphere if you don't sleep. You have to sleep. Also, stop studying one hour before bed and don't get on your phone before sleeping. You need a great sleep. It's very important for academic level, whatever it's college, high school. It's very important to have a great sleep. Also, when you study, you study by time. You don't study a lot of time. It's great to have like a Pomodoro timer or something like that to be more efficient. Also, it's great if you can write down your worrying like journaling your fears. It can be great for the nervous systems, i realize people who ace in their studies enjoy actually what they're doing, it's not for their families but for themselves. it could be great if you learn more about yourself so studying won't be a burden :) so you could go from : I must succeed to satisfy them to  I am learning to build my own myself.
