Suppressed feelings, social anxiety, depression
I feel so suppressed these days with my work.
My work has been going down hill lately, I am planning to quit soon but atm it has been weighing on me. I feel so stressed out that everyday I have to spend so much time there, when my colleagues and bosses does not respect or listen to what I am saying. Not to mention my clients are also very demanding and wishes me to assist them all the time.
I try to set a boundaries and just do what I can do, but I feel like throughout these few months I have been suppressing all these feelings in my mental health is seriously affected.
I think I have recently developed social anxiety: I start to feel scared when I see people. Also, everyday when I wake up i feel my chest heavy, filled with negative thoughts. I just wish to hang on for a few more months and then I can officially leave. It's hard.
Thankfully I have found a therapist and we are going to have a session soon, hope that would help.

Any time I make a decision that i want to leave a job but decide i can hang on for few more months etc ... it seems to always follow a similar pattern to yours ...
the parts of work i dislike like not being listened to or feeling like my work is ignored and such.
It becomes more irritating (co- workers or small issues) while reaffirming my choice to leave it also does make it seem to be more urgent... makes it seems day to day until i can make my exit
