Just struggling to find a therapist in my area. I have a doctor but everything is still in my mind and I don't know who to turn to because I have no way out of town. It makes me depressed and makes me feel like everything is out of control and that I can't get the help I need

Maybe you can try a video/phone therapist until you find someone in your local area?
