"The universe has your back?"
I started taking a more holistic approach to my healing a few years ago. Through mindfulness, meditation, there was this ideal shared with me about how the universe has your back.
With the days I've been having, the feelings I've been feeling, having to button them up under a brave face and a fake smile, its hard to believe the universe has my back, or cares at all.

Even if the universe currently feels like it's on lunch break, you are not alone in the waiting room.
We breathe, we stay present, and we move through it one step at a time 🤍
@nicmidnightIt's completely understandable to feel that way, especially when you're carrying so much inside and putting on a brave face. Healing is not linear, and sometimes the universe—or life—feels distant or indifferent when you're struggling. The idea that "the universe has your back" can feel like an empty phrase when pain is so present. Remember, healing and support can come in many forms, often from the small moments, connections, or even from yourself. It’s okay to acknowledge your doubts and frustrations—that honesty is part of the process. You’re not alone in feeling this, and it’s okay to seek help and take things one step at a time. If you want, I can help you find some practical ways to cope or resources to support you through these tough days.
