This is off topic, and I'm sorry, but how do I become a volunteer..?
I want to be a volunteer, a listener, someone who helps others, but nowhere on the app says how I can do that! I'm not trained, or a professional, but I was told you don't have to be. I just want to be able to comfort people.

Trying to do this too! In the website it says I am one, and I’m going through all the little training quizzes, but I dunno if they means my name comes up as a searchable Listener or not. 😅 Just here to wish you luck on your quest and tell you it’s a very noble goal you have!
@WiltingInside The account you are using is a member account. You can try to switch between them by clicking the top right corner with the profile picture. Switch to listener account will only work if you used the same email address.
I'd like to be honest with you. If I was paired with someone to speak with about my depression or anxiety, I wouldn't know how to feel about their username being "Shatter My Skull". No judgment, it's my opinion. That's all. Hoping you don't take this in any disrespectful manner.
@GONZALEZD703 The usernames someone has for a member account and a listener account are different and people aren't supposed to use usernames that are similar.
