Tired of being alone and unloved

Yes it's starting out as a sunny day, but when one has never had someone love them it's a lonely feeling waking with no one next to them to share the day with; it's the worst. It's tiresome, as well. I've been "walked over " my entire adult life by anyone I've felt a "connection" with. I was married once, but she didn't love me. She loved the thought of being with me was all. So I was alone then and unloved too. I don't think I even know how to love not because of her I think it goes back much earlier in my life to my birth and subsequent adoption. I honestly think there is a "bond" formed at birth when a child is born and held by their mom. My biological mom didn't hold me at all. She had signed me away before I was even born. It's a longer story as I found things out after I got to meet my biological mom and biological dad. Then met my maternal grandmother. It weighs more and more on me everyday and again is very tiresome.

In therapy Ive learned how important it is to love ourselves. it isn't easy at first but when you learn to treat the person in the mirror as the most important person, too care for, to console, to be friends with. I had to learn this the long hard way because I had such a messed up childhood and PTSD from the military. I needed to learn what the right way to live was! From the basics. I just want you to know you are not alone and all on 7cups care about you. Try a few listeners and you will soon find a few good connections. I used 7cups extensively for years and it helps me understand more about how we humans work and think. Change your perception, and lower your standards a tad to allow some things in that you normally wouldn't. Take good care!!

Blessings, Day
