Unemployment

I’ve been searching for a job for 6 months and have not been asked to do a single interview. I feel worthless. At this point, I’m scared to get an interview because I’ve been obsessing over how unqualified I must be since no one seems interested in considering me. What if I never get a decent job again? I’m a useless failure.

You are not useless.

A job doesn't define your worth.

The job market can be relentless.

All you can do is keep trying.

I hope something turns up 💕💜

It is hard to get a foot in the door. the resumes/ cv are often searched by AI looking for key words not a person reading .... depending on field and amount of applicants might not be seen ... Not a reflection on you.     maybe it is an employer thing ...

For example in my area of the US  many companies  go through contracting agencies to weed out people who look good on paper but do not fit or work out.   it is a try before you buy thing...  works both ways IMO i have done a few jobs  and frankly was glad i could tell agency and leave. as company was bad.

networking makes a big difference saw many not really a good fit get a job cause they knew so and so....this has been the way like forever... focus on networks or check in your area how companies hire if they are sourcing through agencies etc.
