Unmotivated at work

@Curlyheart When did this feeling exactly started? I also have faced the same issue few months back so I can easily relate with you.

   Motivation is often tied to being engaged with your work and seeing a purpose ( other then just a check) in your work.  It is easy to lose motivation in a place whom managers or higher ups do not have positive perspectives and can show you how your part matters to the big picture. 

  I get unmotivated when i look around and see others slacking ... I think some places let co-workers to see other progress as a competition thing .......but in my case it was a race to the bottom when people around me did half why should I bother ... so my give a c$$p drops as well as my work.
