Using mental health against me
My daughter and sister, two very impressed people in my life, use my mental health against me. I wish I had just kept it to myself. I was looking for support. Understanding. What I got? Ridicule. I'm done trying.

Sometimes the people closest to us cannot see us struggle or understand what is bothering us. I have been told things that bothered me was no big deal by my daughter and a close friend only when i was able to talk with someone else that gets it does it help.
I have no one to talk to. Even my husband used it against me in an argument. I have no one.

it is hard to help when there is no idea of what you are going thru only it is a mental health thing. have you sought any professional help?
Mental health is always hard to explain to someone you are close to also. mental health is not something friends or family can or want to see in us. Some may dismiss how we feel not because they do not believe us, but they do not know how to help.
