Why do I feel like this.
I dont really know what's wrong with me, I'm not trying to self diagnoss myself with depression or anything of that sort, I consider myself a happy person, Most of the time. Whenever I'm alone I start to feel like this, like life has no matter at all and why should I even try if no one cares, I cry alone and do things mostly alone nowadays because I dont know how I am supposed to feel people my age are going out, having fun and usually im in my room crying about one thing or just on my phone all day and I wish I wasn't but I cant change, since last summer my mental health has gotten worse and im too scared to ask my parents to go to a doctor, my parents are old school so they dont understand. My mother makes fun of me when I cry, so I am too afraid to ask them to see someone that could try to help me. So nothing changes. I keep my problems to myself and I dont overshare about my personal feelings alot, I just dont know if my feelings are justified, others go through much harder struggles than I am going through right now, but im just a teenager with no real world problems, so why do I feel tired all of the time.

It sounds like you are having difficulties.. nevermind that others seem better off than you, they could be faking it you never know, what matters is your needs.. Please take care of your needs, you'll learn that you are your own greatest advocate..🌲
@kofailure It’s not strange. You just don’t have something you need. You might be a sensitive person in need of connecting on specific level. You might have a need to be understood. You might need to feel you make a difference. You might need something else. Those are not silly things even if part of the world says that.
Don’t dismiss your feelings. Listen to what they are telling you. What do you miss?
If you wanted you could try one or all of below ideas:
x times a week exercise routine or walking (physical wellbeing)
Trying to talk with few listeners on 7 cups and finding one to chat when you need, or keep trying new person each time (being seen and understood)
Replace some doom scrolling with coming to 7 cups and replying to someone else’s post in a community of your choice (making a difference for others)

Being a teenager with that much confusion, emotional distortion, and treatment from your parents seems like its pretty frustrating. Your concerns are definitely valid, by the way...you say you don't have any real problems, well your mental state is worthy of concern!
I understand that it's easy to become stuck inside of yourself and even cry, I did the same when I was your age. Sometimes the world will force you to be alone so you can be met with realizations about yourself you wouldn't have been exposed to otherwise.
It's heart breaking that your parents don't allow you a safe space for your emotions. You know, analytical psychology suggests that people will often judge most what they're fighting inside themselves.
I can tell you're just a confused and beautiful soul that needs connection and you're in the right place, I feel. I hope you continue to express your strength by interacting with the community here to help you find the clarity to deserve. I believe in you and I know it will get better, my friend.
